The grant funds will be used to purchase furniture for the meeting room in the still under construction Albany Fire Department Headquarters that is located just behind the Clinton County Disaster and EMS building on U.S. 127.

The People Fund grants are funded through a SKRECC program that allows customers to have their bill “rounded up” to the next fullest dollar amount each month, with the added funds being awarded to a group or service club from the county from which the funds were collected.
