The Albany Masonic Lodge #206 donated 52 blankets to the nursing home last week. Giving back to the community and seeing a need in the community was the reasons behind the donation.

The blankets came from donations made by members in the club. Lodge member Travis Denney wanted to thank Talbott Funeral Home and Monticello Banking Company for their contributions.

The Lodge will also be having a coat drive. Anyone wishing to donate coats this year can drop those off at Lay-Simpsons Furniture or call Denney at 606-688-9946.
