Law enforcement officials in Clay County have been staying active in their pursuit to keep the community safe, arresting three Overton Countians recently.

This follows other arrests in Clay County of Overton Countians.

On September 9, Trisha L. Flowers, 36, of Hilham, was arrested by Officer Billy Hammock. Flowers was arrested for Schedule IV drugs, Schedule II drugs, possession of a legend drug and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Flowers was released on a $6,500 bond and had an initial court date of September 12.

On September 5, Jason Murphy, 29, of Allons, was arrested by THP Sgt. Billy Pierce.

Murphy was charged with Schedule VI drugs and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Murphy was released on a $15,000 bond and had an initial court date of September 12.

On September 9, Cassie J. Murphy, 35, of Hilham, was arrested by Officer Mike Kruger. Murphy was arrested for theft of property over $1,000 and driving while under license suspended. She was released on a $6,500 bond with her first court appearance on September 12.
