The Clinton County High School Cross Country teams recently competed in the regional tournament held at Elizabeth Town, KY, this past weekend with the boys team qualifying for the state meet this coming weekend in Lexington, KY.

Clinton County placed third overall, giving the team the bid for the state tournament. This is the third time in school history and the second in the past four years Clinton County has earned a slot in the state meet. Jacob Cross ran the best time for Clinton County, finishing the course with a time of 19:09.
