Genevivie Guinn, 65, Covey Rd., Albany, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at her residence. She was a member of Jesus Name Church in Monticello, daughter of the late Willie Martin and Florine Rigney Smith and was also preceded in death by a sister, Eva Dean Savage and brother, George Harvey Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Guinn, Albany; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Bruce Cogbill; a son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Barbara Guinn, all of Monticello, KY; a grandson, Daniel Cogbill; four sisters, Mary Ruth Denney, Hazel Marie Guffey, Suelee Lee and Linda Faye Lee; three brothers, Everett, Lonnie and Jimmy Smith, all of Albany.

Funeral services were held Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Jesus Name Church in Monticello with Bro. Paul Perkins officiating. Final resting place in Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
