Marjorie “Roonie” Myers Sparks, 93, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville.

She is survived by a son, Preston W. Sparks, Albany; a daughter, Julia Faye Fletcher, Bowling Green, KY; two sisters, Sue Baker and Ruth Pierce, both of Burkesville, KY; also seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Norris-New Funeral Home with final resting place in Burkesville Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Norris-New Funeral Home of Burkesville, Kentucky. Online condolences may be made at www.norris-new.com
