A “Plate It Up, Kentucky Proud” cooking class will be held at the Clinton County Public Library on November 11th at 5:00 p.m. Classes are free, but pre-registration is requested. Call the Clinton County Extension Office at 387-5404 to reserve your spot.

martial arts training at TLFWC

Make sure your kids can protect themselves in any situation. Starting Nov 12 TLFWC will be offering a Martial Arts class ages 7-16 years old. The class will take place on Wednesdays from 5 p.m .- 6 p.m.

Lions Club meeting

The next meeting of the Albany Lions Club is Thursday, November 6 at 6 p.m. at Lee’s Famous Recipe. All members and interested persons are invited to attend.

JROTC, Band to present annual

Veterans Day program at high school

The Clinton County High School JROTC, along with the Clinton County High School Band, will present the annual Veteran’s Day salute on Friday, November 7, at the C.C.H.S. gym.

This year’s program, titled “Til The Last Shot’s Fired” will begin at 1:15 p.m. and the doors will open to the public at 12:45 p.m. There is no admission charge to the program and the public is invited to attend. All veterans and current armed forces members and their families, are extended a special invitation to the program.
