Wendell J. Jones, 65, Albany, passed away Monday, November 3, 2014 at his residence. He was the son of the late Jesse and Viebie Jones and a member of Cumberland City United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Gwendoline Jones; a son, Ricky Jones; two sisters, Cena Perdue and Geneva Murphy and a brother, David Jones, all of Albany.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Ted Burchett and Bro. Bruce Stearns officiating. Final resting place in Memorial Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
