Albany United Church of the Nazarene recently took two teams to Lexington for the November district quiz. The team pictured comprised of Silas Melton, Dylan Caudle and Hannah Avery took first place out of ten teams.

In individual scoring, Chris Claborn placed 1st, Dylan Caudle 3rd and Silas Melton 4th. Also, the teens competed for a spot on one of two district teams that will be competing in a tournament in St. Louis, Missouri in December. Chris Claborn, Dylan Caudle and Silas Melton all earned a spot on the St. Louis District Team.
