Homemade Beer Cheese / Nancy Mims

Nancy Mims began making beer cheese when she was in high school, and it was always a big hit with her friends as well as at family gatherings.

Utilizing a small booth space at area festivals and events such as the U.S. 127 Yard Sale, Nancy began selling her beer cheese to the public. She says the spread would make a great stocking stuffer for those on your Christmas list, as well as being a great addition to the menu for your holiday gatherings and meals.

It can be used as a topping on crackers or even on hamburgers or other sandwiches.

An 8 oz tub is only $5 and you can order from Nancy by calling 606-688-2513.
