Abston Troxell

Mary Dean Abston Troxell, 83, Albany, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at Cookeville Regional Hospital. She was the wife of the late Otis Abston and the late Junior Troxell and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Conner. She was a member of Gospel Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Kenny and Ronnie Abston; three sisters, Marie Smith, Loretta Guinn and Walena Dalton, all of Albany; also 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday, January 1, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Sam Booher and Bro. Donald McGill officiating. Final resting place in Five Springs Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
