Rosie L. Melton, 75, Albany, passed away Friday, January 2, 2015 at Clinton County Hospital. She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Brown and a daughter, Shirley Brown.

She is survived by special friend, Kenneth Hall; four daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Brown, Jamestown, KY; Anna and Marty Helm and Lola and Gary Cape, all of Columbia, KY; Mary Ann and Brandon Gadberry, Russell Springs, KY; two sons and daughter-in-law, Raymond Brown, Albany; Bill and Shelia Brown, Columbia, KY; a sister, Letha Pierce, Albany; five brothers, Melvin Brown, Muncie, IN; Clarence, Johnny, Charlie and James Brown, all of Albany; also 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Monday, January 5, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Jamie McCutchen officiating. Final resting place in Lands Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
