Myrtle (Beaty) Brown, 86, Pall Mall, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a retired school teacher, the daughter of the late John A. and Fatina Beaty, wife of the late Hewel Brown and was also preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Vanessa and Bill Gray, Albany; a son and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Laura Brown; a sister, Maxine Beaty, all of Pall Mall, TN; seven grandchildren, Eric, Anthony, Brian and Trevor Brown, Amanda (Donald) Woody, Steven and Sara Gray; and two great-grandchildren, McKenzie Sydney Brown and Maya Woody, along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Randy Tompkins, Bro. Rick Cross and Sister Joy Langford officiating. Final resting place in Fairview Cemetery in Fentress County, Tennessee. Arrangements were made through Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown, Tennessee.
