Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of December 2014. During the month, 12 citations were issued involving eight violations. APD issued the following citations in December: Speeding and fourth degree assault, three each; one each for: DUI, alcohol intoxication, shoplifting, no operator’s license, failure to illuminate headlights and obstructed windshield.

The police department also served four warrants during the month of December 2014.
