Clinton County Judge/Executive Richard Armstrong and Albany Mayor Nicky Smith signed a joint proclamation Monday declaring the week of January 25 – January 31, 2015 as Lady Bulldog Week, in honor of the Lady Bulldogs for their winning the All “A” Regional Tournament and advancing to the All “A” State Tournament.
