Rev. Carl Michael “Bro. Mike” Watts, 77, Atlanta, Georgia and formerly of Albany, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 at Harbor Grace Hospice in Atlanta. He was the son of the late Carl Ruble and Julia (Watkins) Watts. He was a member and former minister of Albany First Baptist Church, as well as various other churches in the state. He was also an instructor for Campbellsville University and on the Board of Trustees.

He is survived by his wife, Alice (Brent) Watts; a son, Michael Willis Watts; a daughter, Cami Lee Watts; two grandchildren, Michael Barrett Watts and Danielle Watts, all of Atlanta, Georgia.

Funeral services were held Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Albany First Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating. Final resting place in Memorial Hill Cemetery.
