A. W. “Arthur” Upchurch, 85, Albany, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at his residence. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by two daughters, Cathy Platt, Indianapolis, IN; Cindy Hammel, Muncie, IN; two step-children, Janet Roberts, Farmland, IN; Jerry Alley, Cincinnati, OH; two sisters, Janet Hines and Carol Pickard, both of Pall Mall, TN; a brother, Joel Upchurch, Cookeville, TN; a grandson, Paul Hammel; also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Wells officiating. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to Maupin United Methodist Church. Final resting place will be in Gardens of Memory in Muncie, Indiana.
