Betty Lee Piercey Ward, 82, Somerset, Kentucky and a native of Albany, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015 in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Somerset and daughter of the late Ezra and Willett Owens Piercey.

She is survived by four daughters, Karen (Jay) Bertram, Lexington, KY; Nancy Lee Speck and Delora Latham, both of Somerset, KY; Jan D. Roberts, Albany; a sister-in-law, Oma Coop Piercey, Albany; also 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Alan Fisher and Bro. Jeff Brown officiating. Final resting place in Piercey Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
