Nellie Mae Brown, 66, Burkesville Rd., Albany, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Howard Lee Brown and a member of Gospel Independent Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Albertson.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Kim and Rodney Koger, Edmonton, KY; Kathy and Tony Goodwin, FL; a son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Cindy Brown, Albany; four brothers, Al Albertson, Winchester, IN; Horace and James Earl Albertson, both of IN; Ronald Albertson, Albany; five sisters, Julie Waid, Joyce Abston, and Irene Brown, all of Albany; Ernestine Smith and Christine Fuller, both of IN; five grandchildren, Kendra Lee, Felicia Clunie, Morgan Goodwin, Keistan and Landon Brown and two great-grandchildren, John-Howard Lee and Karley Lee.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 17, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Keith McKim and Bro. Larry Waid officiating. Final resting place in Five Springs Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
