Clinton County Judge/Executive Richard Armstrong and Albany Mayor Nicky Smith signed a proclamation last week proclaiming Thursday, May 7, 2015, as a Day of Prayer in Albany and Clinton County. National Day of Prayer Coordinator for Clinton County Tiffany Peters was on hand to present the proclamation to both Armstrong and Smith.
