Billie Gene Booher, 74, Columbia, Kentucky and formerly of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015 at his residence. He was the son of the late James Ed and Ovie Booher and a member of Midway Church in Russell County. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Booher, a daughter, Gloria Jean Booher; a son, Jimmy Dale Pitcock; and a sister, Monzell Hill.

He is survived by five sons, Marcus Booher, Columbia, KY; Ronnie Pitcock, Livingston, TN; Billy Pitcock, Jr., Russellville, KY; Randall Pitcock, Russell Springs, KY; Jerry Pitcock, Tompkinsville, KY; a daughter, Beverly (Ronnie) Farley, Monterey, TN; four sisters, Seritha Booher, Burkesville, KY; Maxine Allen, Bloomington, IN; Imogene (Welby) Fletcher, Burkesville, KY; Randa (Virgil) Hughes, Louisville, KY; two brothers, Bro. Sam Ed (Earlene) Booher and Joe (Bonnie) Booher, both of Albany; also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, May 4, 2015 at Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Foster officiating. Final resting place in Guthrie Chapel Cemetery in Cumberland County.
