Gary Wayne Kempton, 59, Lettered Oak Road, Albany, passed away Monday, April 27, 2015 at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Johnny and Ruby Jean Kempton.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Kempton, Albany; a daughter, Julie Kempton, Monticello, KY; a son, James Kempton; a daughter-in-law, Erica Santistevan; a sister, Phyllis Guffey, all of Albany; two grandchildren, Tony and TeAnna Groce; also a niece, a nephew, a great-niece and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services were held Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Jones officiating. Final resting place in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
