Jessica Ann Merson, daughter of Rhonda Merson and John Merson, graduated from Eastern Kentucky University on May 7, 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security. In 2009, she received a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice. She is a 2005 graduate of Clinton County High School.
