Mary Ruth Orton, 83, Albany, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at her residence. She was a member of Mt. Union Christian Church, wife of the late Kenneth Orton and was also preceded in death by a sister, Reba Latham Stoddard and two brothers, Raymond and Shelby Irwin.

She is survived by a sister, Ovalene Poore, New Castle, IN; three brothers and sister-in-law, Herbert and Donna Irwin, Tommie C. and Billy K. Irwin, all of Albany; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Jim England and Bro. Marty Kirk officiating. Final resting place in Memorial Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
