It was a packed house on hand Friday evening for the Commencement ceremony of the 98th graduating class from Clinton County High School, as over 100 members of the 2015 senior class made the transition from student to alumni, after receiving their diplomas from Clinton County Schools Superintendent Charlotte Bernard, then moving their cap tassels from the right side to the left, marking the beginning of this new chapter in their lives.
