Eugene Dowell, 85, Byrdstown, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Pickett County Care and Rehab in Byrdstown.

He is survived by a daughter, Vickie (Terrell) Garner, Pall Mall, TN; a sister, Alma Bishop, Beckley, WV; two brothers, O. D. and James Dowell, both of Albany; also two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 8, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Chapel with final resting place in Hyso Family Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown, Tennessee.
