Jacqueline (Booher) Melton, 89, Albany, passed away Friday, June 19, 2015 at Clinton County Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Cy and Maude (Wood) Booher and wife of the late Jessie Cordell Melton. She was also preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Patty Melton and a son-in-law, Russell Daniel.

She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Sue Daniel, Albany; eight sons, Ralph Melton, Carthage, IN; Steve Melton, Tucson, AZ; Roger (Judy) and Jeff (Patty) Melton, all of New Castle, IN; Jerry (Anita) Melton, Leslie, KY; Junior (Debbie) Melton, Albany; Tony Melton, Cincinnati, OH; Larry (Michelle) Melton, Springfield, OH; also 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Albany Independent Baptist Church with Pastor Melvin Daniel officiating. Final resting place in Rose of Sharon Cemetery in Cumberland County.
