Pictured above is Mikey Neal, age nine of Corbin, Kentucky. Mikey is the son of Mike and Charley Neal and the grandson of Janet and Ronnie Neal, all formerly of Albany, and the great grandson of Cora Walls and the late George Walls of Albany.

Mikey, along with members of his travel baseball team in Corbin, was invited by Pepsi of Corbin to play in the 2015 SSAA World Tournament, held in Dalton, Georgia, July 16-18. \

The team brought home the trophy for the 2015 SSAA Boys World Championship with an undefeated record. Mikey also earned the MVP Award for the tournament. Mikey pitched two shut-out games and the team only allowed six runs during the tournament.
