J.C. Parrigin, 82, Haddix Rd., Albany, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Pickett County Care and Rehab in Byrdstown, Tennessee. He was a member of Pikeview Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Parrigin; a son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Kathy Parrigin, all of Albany; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patty and Merle Claborn, Byrdstown, TN; Shirley and Mark Cross, Albany; a sister, Vida Cummings; a brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Sue Parrigin, all of Albany; four grandchildren, Kelli Byrd, Courtney Craig, Jarred and Josh Parrigin, all of Albany; also five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Sullivan and Bro. Rick Cross officiating. Final resting place in Memorial Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
