Billy Joe Bell, 47, Albany, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015 at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Arnold and Lucille (Hall) Bell.

He is survived by three step-children, Jason (Cindy) Cook, Eric Cook and Latisha Cook; three sisters, Marie (Kenny) Myers, Connie Broan and Deborah Bell; a brother, Paul (Virginia) Bell, all of Albany; a step-father, Elmer Boykin; also eight step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Campbell-New Funeral Home with Pastor Donald McGill officiating. Contributions to help pay final expenses would be greatly appreciated and may be left at Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, which was in charge of arrangements.
