Clinton County Fiscal Court held a brief special meeting Thursday morning, July 30 with five of six magistrates present. The meeting had been called by magistrates Mickey Riddle and Ricky Craig in the absence of Judge/Executive Richard Armstrong, who was out of town and unable to attend.

The meeting was chaired by Magistrate Riddle in his absence and the other item of business was a cash transfer. On a motion by Magistrate Hershell Key, the court voted unanimously to transfer $40,000 from the Occupational Tax Fund to the Ambulance Fund. The meeting was then adjourned.

The next regular meeting of Clinton Fiscal Court is scheduled for Thursday, August 20 at 5 p.m. and is open to the general public.
