Engines were running, flashers were flashing and headlights were on Monday morning at the Clinton County Schools Department of Transportation school bus garage, as staff made final preparations for the first day of classes for the 2015-16 school year on Thursday. Motorists are reminded that traffic volume will again increase in the morning and afternoon hours as students and staff make their way to and from the Clinton County school facilities. Drive with caution and have a safe school year!
