Johnny Earl Smith, 43, Allen St., Albany, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

He is survived by his parents, Lloyd Earl and Linda Sue Rains Smith; a sister, Sherry Sue Barnes; a step-sister, Miranda Sue Angel, all of Albany; two nephews, Johnny and James Barnes; a niece, Chelsea Barnes; and a great-niece, Blakelynn Mae Barnes.

Funeral services were held Monday, August 17, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at Weldon Haddix Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Duvall officiating. Final resting place in Bunkum Cemetery in Wayne County. Arrangements were made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
