Born and raised in central Indiana, amidst corn fields and gravel roads, John Riggins dreamed of becoming a singer/songwriter. Without many avenues to lead him to his dream, Riggins, a self-taught guitarist, packed his bags and headed south: destination, Nashville, Tennessee.
In the four short years on the Nashville scene, Riggins has already made a name for himself, opening for national acts such as Daryl Worley, Jason Michael Carroll, and Mark Willis.
John continues to learn and grown as an artist every step of the way.
John will graciously take the stage on Pier 42 Restaurant at Sunset Marina for his show on Friday, August 21 from 6-9 p.m. and then again on Saturday, August 22 at The Whistle Stop in Static, Tennessee.
The Whistle Stop show will begin at 8 p.m. Don’t forget to mark your calendar for what will undoubtedly be an exciting two nights of country music performed by John Riggins, one of Nashville’s newest and brightest rising stars.
