With Clinton County High School set to kick off it’s 2015 football season this Friday night when it plays host to cross-state rival Pickett County, Tennessee, fans are also in for the special treat of being able to not only get a jump-start on the season, but a chance to enjoy an up close “meet and greet” with the players and coaches.
The football version of “Meet the Bulldogs” is set to take place this Thursday night at Bulldog Field with a host of activities lined up to make the event fun and informative for all fans who love Bulldog gridiron action.
Getting under way at 6:00 p.m. at Bulldog Field, fans are urged to bring a lawn chair and be ready to enjoy a full lineup of activities that will include a bonfire, dunking booth, face paintings and several events that will include prizes.
Of course there will also be concessions available and the traditional introductions of players and coaches as well as cheerleaders.
The lineup of activities will also feature special events geared toward the Little League aged football players who are just getting involved in the sport and will someday hopefully be wearing the blue and white Bulldog uniforms.
Fans are urged to come out for this back to back gridiron night, the Thursday night Meet the Bulldogs and the Friday night season opener against the Bobcats.
Kickoff on Friday is set for 7:00 p.m.
