Joe and Rachel Stockton are proud to announce the birth of their son, Joseph Lee Stockton II. Joseph arrived at 4:04 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 20.5 inches in length. Joseph was welcomed home by his big brother, Clint Shelton. Paternal grandparents are the late Junior Stockton and the late Jane Smith. Maternal grandparents are Jeff and Delilah Beaty of Alpha, Kentucky.
