A crew from Gaddie-Shamrock put the finishing touches on a new blacktop surface last week at the Mountain View Recreation Park walking track that surrounds the facility. The project was a combined effort of several local contributors, spearheaded by the Clinton County Healthy Hometown Coalition. The City of Albany and Clinton County governments also contributed to the effort and Gaddie Shamrock donated a significant amount to the project as well. The project also included several areas around the concession stand and parking lot where new surfacing was also installed. An additional photograph is included this week on page 3.
