Lorene Norris, 90, Albany, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Clinton County Care & Rehab. She was the wife of the late Earl D. Norris, a member of Clear Fork Baptist Church and was also preceded in death by a sister, Imogene Hatfield, and two brothers, Ivan and Arnold Sloan.

She is survived by a daughter, Gloria (Mike) Ferguson; three sons, Billy Kay Norris, Johnny Earl (Ruby) Norris, all of Albany; Archie (Marsha) Norris, Cookeville, TN; a sister, Elizabeth Williams; a brother, John Sloan, both of Albany; five grandchildren, Chris, Tim and Brandon Norris, Pam Upchurch and Suzanne Rushing; two step-grandchildren, Jeff and Greg Norris; also nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 31 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Sawyer, Bro. Michael Cooper and Bro. Chris Norris officiating with visitation 5-9 p.m. Wednesday at Talbott Funeral Home. Final resting place to be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Arrangements are being made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
