Fiscal court regular meeting

Clinton County Fiscal Court will meet in regular session Thursday, January 21 at 5 p.m. in the upstairs courtroom of the courthouse. The meeting is open to the public.

Relay For Life to meet

The Clinton County Relay For Life Committee will meet Tuesday, January 26 at 5 p.m. at the Early Childhood Center. All team captains are encouraged to attend.

Cattle Association to meet

The Twin Lakes Cattle Association will meet Tuesday, January 26 at 6:00 p.m. at the SKRECC Building. Brad Carter with Burkmann Feeds will be the guest speaker discussing minerals for beef cattle. Valentine’s Day dinner for two

The Twin Lakes Family Wellness Center will be hosting a Valentine’s Day dinner for two on Saturday, February 13 at Albany Elementary School cafeteria. The Back Room Band will be performing throughout the evening. The menu will consist of prime rib, mixed baby greens, twice baked potatoes, green beans almondine, rolls, Death by Chocolate cake or Hawaii cake, coffee or tea. Tickets are $50 and on sale through February 5. Proceeds go to youth and senior programs at the Wellness Center. Power lifting at Wellness Center

American Powerlifting/Strongman League presents a full powerlifting meet Saturday, February 6 at the Twin Lakes Wellness Center. Awards for 1st through 5th place in each weight class with Best Lifter awards. Weigh-ins will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. There will be divisions for men and women and you may enter power lifting and strongman together or combo any two. All proceeds go to the Omega Force Ministries honoring the late Dr. Darrell Latch of Sonlight Power.
