Ralph Owens, 88, Albany, passed away Friday, January 22, 2016 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Bill and Ruby (White) Owens, husband of the late Imogene Claborn Owens and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patsy Stockton, a son Billy Joe Owens, two brothers, Wendell and Randall Owens and two grandchildren, Tina Stockton and Brandon Owens.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Sherry Owens; special nephew, Mike Owens, all of Albany; two grandchildren, Jacob Peercy and Tammy McPheron; also two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Campbell-New Funeral Home with pastors Donnie Shelley and David Carr officiating. Final resting place in Irwin Cemetery.
