Flowers Marcum, 84, Concord Rd., Albany, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Orla Marcum, husband of the late Josephine Marcum and was also preceded in death by a brother, Howard Marcum and a sister, Nell Haskett.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Mitchell Staton, Albany; two sisters, Ruby Stockton, Albany; Janet (Ron) Hannon, Amelia, OH; a brother, Joe (Sandy) Marcum, Mooreland, IN; two grandchildren, Toby Staton and Adam (Stephanie) Staton; three great-grandchildren, Caylee, Camren and Makenzie Staton; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Alvin Sells officiating. Final resting place in Craig Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
