Geneta Mae Phillips Butler, 68, Maple Point Lane, Albany, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 at her residence. She was the wife of the late J.T. Butler; daughter of the late Robert and Lena Craft Crawford and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Jean Lehman; a sister, Roberta L. Wilson and a grandson, Billy Marcum.

She is survived by three daughters, Shelia Ann Marcum, Linda Phillips Murphy and Melissa Phillips Smith, all of Albany; a brother, Joe. F. Crawford, GA; eight grandchildren, Stephanie Morris, Ashley Lower, Jessica Muse, Tristen Lehman, Elisha Corya, Hannah L. Smith and Bobby D. and Nathan Marcum.

Funeral services were held Friday, January 22, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Weldon Haddix Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Grant and Rev. David Stearns officiating. Final resting place in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
