David Ray Brown, 67, Albany, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Hobson and Ruby Gibbons Brown.

He is survived by two daughters, Joy Brown Anderson and Heidi Mayes; a son, David Brown, all of FL; four sisters, Rachael Johnson, Paris, TN; Irene Buster, Anderson, IN; Florene Jones, Albany; Joyce Anderson, Monticello, KY; three brothers, Carl Brown, Tipton, IN; Roy Brown, Kokomo, IN; William Brown, Albany; also 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Gibbons and Bro. Rayborn Stearns officiating. Final resting place in Cartwright Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
