Ruby P. Bise, 86, New Castle, Indiana and a native of Albany, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Alexandria Care Center in Anderson. She was the daughter of the late Bradley V. and Mary C. (Neal) Perdue, wife of the late Charles W. Bise and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rosemary Bitton; four brothers, George, Jimmy, Isaac and Thomas Perdue and two sisters, Georgia “Kathleen” Bise and Christina Pierce.

She is survived by a son, Charles J. Bise, Jr., New Castle, IN; a sister, Beulah Jarvis, Albany; a granddaughter, Heather Van Duyn; a grandson, Brian Bitton, both of Anderson, IN; and three great-grandchildren, Clifton, Lilly and Jackson Van Duyn; and special nephew David Bise, New Castle, Indiana.
