When the snow finally melted from the recent “Snowmageddan” winter storm, not only did the damage left behind become more visible, but clean-up efforts were able to get underway. The hardest hit facility in Clinton County was Grider Hill Marina on Lake Cumberland, where several boat moorage slip units were destroyed by the weight of the snow on the roofs, damaging several boats. Crews were busy at the marina this week, removing the damaged roof materials and working to get to the boats underneath.
