Robert Emerson “Bobby” Stockton, Sr., 75, Byrdstown, Tennessee, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. He was a heavy equipment owner and operator and a member of Symrna Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lavern Copeland Stockton; a son, Robert Emerson (Kim) Stockton; a granddaughter, Carol Ann Stockton, all of Byrdstown; two sisters, Debra Ann Tuggle, Albany, Mary Lelia Gibson, Cookeville, TN; two uncles, Tuddy and Dick Stockton, Albany; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, February 8, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Brown Funeral Chapel with final resting place in Lovelady-Sims Cemetery. Bro. Randy Tompkins and Bro. Rick Cross officiated.

Arrangement were made through Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown, Tennessee.
