* Tarisha G. * Desirea Riddle, theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, plea of guilty, 30 days in jail, probated two years under condition of no same offenses, no contact with Dollar General Market, $25 fine and $215 court costs.

* Joni L. Marcum, failure to wear seat belt, plea of guilty, $25 fine; no/expired registration plates, plea of guilty, $25 fine; expired Kentucky registration receipt, dismissed; improper registration plate, dismissed; failure to produce insurance card, guilty plea, $25 fine.

* Terrance Buster, operating motor vehicle under influence of intoxicants, plea of guilty, $25 fine and $165 in court costs, order entered for review for completion of ADE classes.
