Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer First Class Randall A. Honeycutt has been promoted to sergeant and transferred from CVE Region 2-Louisville to CVE Region 4-London.

A 14-year veteran of the agency, Honeycutt is a1994 graduate of Clinton County High School

He is the son of Rita Miller of Albany, Ky. and Ricky Honeycutt of Bowling Green, Ky.

Honeycutt’s promotion was recognized as a part of a ceremony last Friday in Frankfort that saw 16 officers promoted by the Kentucky State Police .
