Willard Ray Shelton, 73, Sheltontown Rd., Albany, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Clinton County Hospital. He was the son of the late Joe E. and Bertha V. Clark Shelton and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Kay Shelton.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Thompson Shelton; three daughters, Judy (Johnny) Schmenk, Dana Ray Shelton and Angie (Adam) Marcum; two brothers, Ronald (Francine) Shelton and Billy (Madell) Shelton; and one grandson, Asa Rolan Shelton Flowers, all of Albany.

Funeral services were held Sunday, March 6, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Weldon Haddix Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Burchett and Rev. Johnny Davis officiating. Final resting place in Shelton Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
