Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of May, 2011.

During the month, 28 citations were issued involving 13 separate violations.

Citations issued for the month included: Public intoxication, 10; alcohol intoxication, five; no insurance, three.

There was one citation each for the following: theft by deception (cold check); theft of a controlled substance-first degree; driving on a suspended or revoked license; harassment; reckless driving; failure to appear in court; disorderly conduct; assault-fourth degree; DUI and manufacturing methamphetamine.
